Rich red oranges are pressed along with mild olives producing a fresh flavor that has almost unending applications.  Use in place of butter when making cakes (see our chocolate cake recipe); add a sweet addition to Asian dishes or fish.  Great paired with our Black Walnut or Dark Chocolate Balsamics.
